Fred likes to get out of the foxhole and work in business, not dance around the edges. His experience allows him to understand and appreciate the challenges that exist and to work alongside his clients to build solutions that bring them back in touch with their businesses. Fred is a Transformation specialist, with the ability to see the whole picture within an organisation.
Fred has been working on projects and assignments that have transformed organisations, building performance from within the teams and developing structures that optimise performance. The solution to many issues often lies within, but has to be unlocked and nurtured.
I work directly alongside leaders and teams, not as a consultant producing reports, but as a partner delivering results. I specialise in helping SMEs where growth has outpaced existing ways of working, often where founders have become the bottleneck.
