Fred likes to get out of the foxhole and work in business, not dance around the edges. His experience allows him to understand and appreciate the challenges that exist and to work alongside his clients to build solutions that bring them back in touch with their businesses. As a generalist, Fred has the ability to see the whole picture within an organisation. Fred will build interdependence and unity of purpose across an organisation.
Fred has been working on projects and assignments that have transformed organisations, building performance from within the teams and developing structures that optimise performance. The solution to many issues often lies within, but has to be unlocked and nurtured.
Fred established EnableWorks to create a platform for his intervention as a Generalist. Working as a Freelancer, Fred will operate as an Interim, Fractional or deliver to Contract. This is a valauble resource who will work within the team to build operational excellence and join the dots.
